Learn more about these "Tripping the Rift" characters. Chode Chode. Sci Fi Channel Chode is a purple alien who captains the Jupiter 42 in "Tripping the Rift." He's selfish and rude. He has no interest in anyone's ambitions but his own. Six is his sexbot. Voiced by Stephen Root. Six Six. Sci Fi Channel Six serves as the ship's science officer in "Tripping the Rift," even though she's an android designed for the sole purpose of having sex. She is programmed with over 2,000 kinds of orgasms in over 600 languages. She uses sex to get out of trouble. She even hooks up with Chode when it serves her purposes. Originally voiced by Gina Gershon, the character has also been voiced by Carmen Electra and Jenny McCarthy. Gus Gus. Sci Fi Channel Gus is Chode's robot-slave serving as "Tripping the Rift's" ship's engineer. He's smarter than everyone aboard, but has no rights because he's a robot. He's met many disappointments from the others, which gives him quite a cynical attitude. As the episodes progress, Gus's homosexuality becomes more obvious. Voiced by Maurice Lamarche. T'Nuk T'Nuk. Sci Fi Channel On "Tripping the Rift," T'Nuk is the Jupiter 42's pilot and co-owner. She's ugly, mean and vulgar. She used to be married, but she killed her husband when she found out he only married her to win the "Ultimate Dogfight." She's the only one who can keep the ship's A.I. under control. Voiced by Gayle Garfinkle. Whip Whip. Sci Fi Channel The only reason "Tripping the Rift's" Whip is on board is because he is Chode's nephew. His title is foreman, but he spends all of his time chugging beer, hitting on Six and spending "alone time" in his room. Voiced by Rick Jones. Darph Bobo Darph Bobo. Sci Fi Channel Darph Bobo is the supreme Dark Clown on "Tripping the Rift." He was trained by the Great Clown Warrior, Ben Dover. A sad Darth Vader rip-off, he now uses his powers to try to take over the universe. He is alternately deviled by his wife, Bernice, and his daughter, Babette. Voiced by Terrence Scammel. Spaceship Bob Jupiter 42. Sci Fi Channel Spaceship Bob is the artificial intelligence that runs the Jupiter 42 on "Tripping the Rift." Though it's the fastest ship in the universe, Bob suffers from agoraphobia. He has panic attacks at the worst times, and must be chastised into submission by T'Nuk. Voiced by John Melendez.
