South Park Characters

Mr. Mackey is South Park Elementary's Counselor. He's always trying to figure out what's wrong with all the kids in South Park. He tries to strictly discipline the children, but usually just ends up saying, "Mm-kay?"

He had a brief love affair with Ms. Choksondik before she died.

My favorite Mr. Mackey episodes are "Proper Condom Use," "Two Guys Naked in a Hot Tub" and "Mr. Hankey's Christmas Classics."
