Premise:
Ren and Stimpy are sort of a cartoon version of The Odd Couple, if it occurred on a strange and very mean, but funny, planet. Usually the plots involve Ren coercing Stimpy into one of his many failed schemes.
Ren:
Chihuahua Ren is a very bitter and mean little dog who takes out his frustrations on his loyal friend Stimpy. He's very greedy and ambitious, wanting bigger pecs and more money.
Stimpy:
Poor Stimpson J. Cat isn't very bright, but he's a good friend. He can be seen dragging his litter box behind him from time to time. He is also know to spout, "Happy, happy, joy, joy!" on occasion.
