Eighteen seasons of The Simpsons is remarkable for more reasons than one. But the most memorable reason is that it's the longest running comedy in the history of TV. The Simpsons will celebrate 400 episodes in May 2007.
One of the lucky guests at the 400th episode bash is Inney Prakash of Farmington Hills, MI, who was selected as the grand prize winner of the first-ever Simpsons "Treehouse Of Horror XVII: Slice-Dice-and-Win" contest. She created a unique promo spot combining "Treehouse Of Horror XVII" video clips, sounds and music cues, using tools provided at the official site.
The 2006-2007 season of The Simpons included guest stars Eric Idle, Natalie Portman, Meg Ryan and Elvis Stojko. The eighteenth season also saw a Christmas special titled "Kill Gil, Volumes I & II".
