Waylon Smithers

Waylon Smithers is the assistant to Mr. Burns, the owner of the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant. Smithers runs the business, mostly, and lives to serve Mr. Burns. In "Lisa vs. Malibu Stacy" we learn he collects Malibu Stacy dolls and features Mr. Burns as his screensaver.
