This burger has it all, including cheese, eggs, bacon and Liquid Smoke. Thanks to Shane M. Vanderfin of Oregon for this recipe.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- Liquid Smoke
- Bread
- Ketchup
- Mustard
- Mayonnaise
- Relish
- Onions
- Lettuce
- Tomatoes
- Cheese
- Ham
- Bacon
- 4 fried eggs
- Butter
Preparation:
Take 1 pound of tender ground chuck, form into a single patty the size of a Frisbee. (Actually a Frisbee would work great as a mold.) Season with liquid smoke - no waffle batter or caramels! Slap that hunk of prime meat onto a well-heated grill or chimney. Cook until the juices run clear as the drool on Homer's lip. Cut a loaf of Sheepherders bread in half horizontally, slap that big greasy burger on the bottom half, cover with ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, relish, onions, lettuce, tomatoes, 3 kinds of cheese, a slab of sliced ham, a cooked pound of bacon, 4 fried eggs, and of course, cover it all in rich creamery butter.Serve with sides of fries, baked beans, potato salad, watermelon and a cold 6-pack of Duff. Ah, Duff. can't get enough of that wonderful Duff!
