These Homer Simpson burgers are made with a beer nut crust. Thanks to Adam Tremblay of Kingston, Ontario for this recipe.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. ground hot dogs
- 1/2 lb. ground beer nuts
- 1/4 cup Homer's Smoken BBQ Sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup cheese (Springfield's finest!)
- 1 small onion, diced
Preparation:
Mix all ingredents except beer nuts. They're for the outer crust!After it is all mixed, leave and go have a beer and a few donuts, than roll burger in nuts,"Mmm."
Pat dry and place on that wonderful, great, awsome hot grill.
Cook until disered temperature and eat with a cool beeeerrrr.....
