Episodes 27 and Up

"Turner Classic Birdman"
Much in the way Spinal Tap was a real documentary (which it wasn't) this is a recently discovered short by Turner Classic Movies' Robert Osborne (which it's not.)

This "short" shows Harvey back in 1967 when he was still a superhero. He foils the plots of villians like Vulturo, Reducto, X the Eliminator and Mentok, who we know he'll meet later in the courtroom.

Later when he's exhausted, Harvey vows to quit being a superhero and take a regular job.

"Free Magilla"
The People's Animals Freedom Front breaks into Peebles' pet shop, releases the animals and kidnaps Magilla Gorilla. Mr. Peebles seeks Harvey Birdman to get back his gorilla.

Meanwhile, Phil Ken Sebben takes Potamus and his three nephews on an employee retreat. Instead of bonding, Phil Ken Sebben pretty much ignores Potamus and instead spends his time blowing up stuff.

"Return of Birdgirl"
Birdgirl returns with a case for Harvey Birdman. Race Bannon and Dr. Quest want to form a legal partnership. But Harvey must try the case in front of the highest court--the Justice League.

Meanwhile, Phil Ken Sebben is in love with Birdgirl and won't take no for answer. Can Birdgirl keep her identity secret from him? (He's her father!)

"Mindless"
Harvey Birdman takes on a case for Top Cat, but ends up being implicated for illegal gambling after taking Top Cat and his gang into his home. In the courtroom, Mentok gets bored swaps out Spryo's mind, but promptly misplaces it. Now Spyro must tag along with Mentok until the judge finds his mind. In the end, Harvey and the cats end up on probation.

"Identity Theft"
Harvey Birdman must make copies when he takes the case of Chemical Castration, who wants to change his name back to his original name of Yakky Doodle. (See "Gone Efficien...t".) Unfortunately Harvey insults the employee at Duplication Services is an old nemesis, The Deadly Duplicator. Harvey mistakenly calls him Elliott instead of Eliot, and the outraged villain gets revenge by duplicating Harvey. Soon he's making copies of everyone. He is only foiled when the toner runs out.

"Sebben and Sebben Employee Orientation"
In this unusual episode (unusual even for Harvey Birdman) we watch an orientation film about the law firm Sebben and Sebben. We learn about Phil Ken Sebben's youth, as well as the duties of other folks at the firm. Harvey, himself, only plays a small role.

"Shazzan"
After centuries trapped in Phil Ken Sebben's vase, Shazzan pops out by the hand of Peanut. Or rather, Master Peanut, who wishes for everything that's, well, "big." All the while, without warning, Avenger speaks with a fresh vocabulary of insults and occasional slurs.

"Incredible Hippo"
In a harrowing office accident involving a bagel, happy-to-lucky Peter Potamus consumes radioactive pellets that transform him into "the creature," turning him green and tripling his waist size. And a long flowing mane kind of makes him look like Frank Stallone. Now, even the slightest hint of stress will spark the transformation into "the creature."

"Babysitter"
Two heroes will fall and one, in Speedos, will rise out of a hot tub filled with cash. Actually, another hero will rise in a Baby Bjorn, worn by Reducto, and then fall. Oh, and two main characters die.
