Harvey finds a spot on his lip, so Peanut suggests he visit the doctor. The dermatologist suggests using sunscreen and staying in the shade. Because Harvey Birdman gets his powers from the sun, he begins to weaken. He starts using self-tanning cream to perk up.
Meanwhile, Harvey Birdman represents Ding-a-ling who is suing Harry Twiddles for his URL. Harvey calls several witnesses who have been victims of cybersquatting, including Hi-riser, Big Duke & Bigger Duke, Schnooker, Quickie, Fluid Man, Dirty Dog, Mother Load and Galtar and his Golden Lance.
Meanwhile, Harvey becomes addicted to the self-tanning cream. His friends stage an intervention. He seeks counseling and kicks the habit. Later, Peanut discovers the spot was just gravy.
"The Devlin Made Me Do It"
Bobby tries to imitate daredevil Ernie Devlin's deep ravine jump, and seriously injures himself. The family sues Devlin, and Harvey Birdman is called to defend him. The Harvey's strategy of attacking the wheelchair-bound kid on the witness stand, to trick him into defending himself, backfires horribly. Plus, Devlin doesn't make a great defendant because he's hopped up on painkillers.
Harvey Birdman enters a plea of insanity. Der Spuzmacher, a Tapir assassin, steps in and reveals that insanity pleas can only be used in a criminal case. Birdman loses, but Devlin and Bobby come to an agreement. Bobby can ride Devlin's bike, and his woman, whenever he wants.
"Trio's Company"
Inch-High Private Eye wants to sue because he says he's been fired only because he's short. Harvey takes the case, but he's terribly distracted by the beautiful Gigi, his personal trainer at the gym he just joined.
Every male at the gym and the office seems to be getting it on with Gigi except Harvey Birdman. Finally, he asks her out and she moves in with him, along with her friends Vince and Terry. Though Harvey and Gigi are together, she never kisses him, but continues to frolic with everyone else.
In court, Inch-High's case makes no sense. Mentok uses Reducto's shrink-ray to bring Inch High up to normal height. Then Inch-High shows a video of Gigi writing in her diary that she loves Harvey. The two embrace, and Mentok declares that he has no idea what just happened, and gives the verdict of not guilty. The episode ends with a wedding between Gigi, Harvey, Phil, Vince, Terry, Peanut and the Bear.
"High Speed Buggy Chase"
The episode begins with us watching a high speed chase involving Speed Buggy.
At the office, Avenger resigns. He joins Vulturo, who recently lost his bird colleague. Harvey employs several assistants, including an emu and emperor penguin. Finally, a parrot is hired.
Harvey Birdman takes on the case of Speed Buggy against Vulturo. The parrot quits and joins Vulturo. Avenger returns to Harvey Birdman. He opens Speed Buggy's door, revealing Mark and Debbie who have been making out and sitting on the remote control the entire time. Speed Buggy is found not guilty.
