"Put Your Head on My Shoulders"

In Futurama's "Put Your Head on My Shoulders" episode, Fry and Amy begin dating. But Fry thinks they're spending too much time together, so he inviteds Dr. Zoidberg on a picnic in Europa with Amy. Dr. Zoidberg crashes Amy's new car, and grafts Fry's head onto her body in order to keep him alive until they can return to Earth. Unfortunately, Amy and Fry break up upon their return. Amy makes plans with another man for Valentine's Day. Just as she is about to leave with her date (with Fry's head in tow) Leela shows up to rescue Fry, and engages Amy's date in boring conversation. The next day, Dr. Zoidberg re-attaches Fry's head to his body.
