Blackboard Quote
None due to special opening sequence. It's Halloween night, and Homer proceeds to light a jack-o'-lantern. The pumpkin ignites instantly, and the fire spreads to Homer's hand, then to his entire body. He runs back and forth, screaming, as "The Simpsons Halloween Special VII" appears on the television screen.

Guest Stars
Phil Hartman as President Clinton.

Synopsis
In "The Thing and I," Bart and Lisa hear strange noises coming from the attic. When they investigate, they discover an empty cage with steel bars. To explain, Homer and Marge confess that Bart has an evil Siamese twin brother named Hugo, was was separated from Bart at birth and kept hidden in the attic. Everyone but Bart goes in search of Hugo, who is still hiding in the house. Carrying a steak knife, Hugo tells Bart that he plans to re-connect Bart to his side. Dr. Hibbert appears and knocks out Hugo just in time. Then, he notices that the surgical scar is not on the left side of Hugo's body, as it should have been from the operation, and that Bart is the true incarnation of evil. But we already knew that.

Next, in "The Genesis Tub," Lisa uses her baby tooth that falls out for a science fair project. She puts the tub in a margarine tub and pours soda over it. When Bart shocks her with static electricity, he also shocks the tooth. Using a microscope the next morning, Lisa discover a tiny society has sprung up in the tub. Bart doesn't realize it's not a model, but a living society, and crushes it with his finger. That night, the tiny citizens fight back by deploying space ships that attack Bart in his bed. At the same time, energy rings shrink Lisa to microscopic size and beam her into the tub. The tiny townspeople mistake her for God. She explains to them that "the Dark One" is just her brother. Afterwards, Bart enter the experiment in the science fair and wins first prize.

Finally in "Citizen Kang," our friendly, neighborhood aliens Kang and Kodos beam Homer into their space ship and interrogate him about Earth's leader. Homer tells them Bill Clinton is President, but he warns them that Bob Dole could be elected. The aliens kidnap both candidates and freeze them in tubes, a la Lost In Space. Then, they morph into the candidates' likenesses and travel to Earth. Homer attempts to foil their plan to take over the world by taking off the aliens' fake skin. But Kang and Kodos, now in alien form, point out that, in a two-party system, the citizens have to vote for one of them. Kang wins.
