Assy McGee and Don Sanchez

Sanchez is, like Assy, a detective for the city police. But more than that, he's pretty much Assy's only friend. Or close enough. Sanchez has been wounded in the line of duty several times, always by Assy. He and Assy have been through a lot together, but sometimes he thinks Assy's methods take things a little too far. Unlike Assy, Sanchez is a loving family man – with a nervous but supportive wife and three children at home.
