Evil Krusty the Clown Doll

This Evil Krusty the Clown doll from the "Treehouse of Horror III" episode is a near-perfect replica of the animated version. Though some of the nastier quotes have been left out, the evil version of quotes is still pretty rude. The good quotes are as nice as can be, of course. The packaging makes this look as if Krustylu Studios themselves are selling it.

Playmates Toys Evil Krusty the Clown doll gave lots of fans a sigh of relief when it was released. Previous Playmates dolls included the interactive Bart and Homer, which were a big disappointment. But this Krusty doll redeems the company.

Just like in "Treehouse of Horror III," this Krusty doll features a good and evil switch. (Be careful, pulling that string can be addictive!) When the switch is set to good, Krusty says things like, "I'm Krusty the Clown and I love you very much." When the doll is set to evil, it may say, "Shut your hole."

Luckily for kids, other quotes from the show were left out, such as "I'm Krusty the Klown and I'm going to kill you!" The doll's knife is also not included.

The Evil Krusty the Clown Doll has a body that's plush and a head that's plastic. Krusty has the pointy teeth that are shown in the episode. And the string is on his back, just begging for you to pull it.

The packaging appears to be what the packaging might be in the world of "The Simpsons." The box bears the Krusty Brand Seal of Approval. Krusty also says, "For extra fun, buy more than one!"
