Reviewer: Kerri Sterk
Rating: 5 (5 = excellent, 1 = poor)
Favorite Part: The first 5 minutes or so (Homer and the whole Speed thing, Leonard Nimoy's narration).
Least Favorite Part: Relies too heavily on guest stars (David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson).
Comments: This is the episode where Mulder and Scully from the other Fox show The X Files make several appearances. Homer thinks he sees and alien, so they come to investigate. The best part is Leonard Nimoy's narration ("This story is true, and by that, I mean false.") ("It's all lies, but they're entertaining lies, and in the end isn't that the truth, and the answer is no...") Another good part is Homer and the whole Speed reference "a movie about a bus that had to SPEED and if it's SPEED dropped below 50 miles then it would blow. I think it was called 'The Bus That Couldn't Slow Down'". Or his tape of them working a continuous loop. Ha ha ha, ingenious.
