"South Park" is returning with new episodes beginning October 22nd at 10:00p.m. And in true "South Park" style, the first episode will no doubt spark controversy with The Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation and other such groups.

Launching the second half of the seventh series, episode 708 is entitled "South Park is gay!" In this epiosde, the whole town joins the hip, new homosexual craze. Suddenly, it's cool to be gay! Cartman, Stan, Kyle and Kenny go head to head with the other kids to see who can be the "gayest," while Mr. Garrison responds with, "If straight people are gonna steal our culture, then us REAL gays are just gonna have to step it up a notch!"

Later in this season, the boys take on Rob Reiner and the anti-smoking hysteria, as well as explore the issue of the elderly and their apparent vendetta against farmer's markets.
