South Park Creators' New Production Company

Matt Stone and Trey Parker, the creative minds behind South Park and Tony Award-winning Book of Mormon are branching out to form their own production company called Important Studios. The duo are looking to make a movie of their smash Broadway musical, plus produce other films, TV shows and shows for the theater. With their own production company, Stone and Parker will have authority over final cuts of every project. As they say in the official press release, "Having worked with several different studios over the years, we came to realize that our favorite people in the world are ourselves."
