Phineas and Ferb are staying up late tonight, airing a new episode on the Disney Channel at 9:00 p.m. ET. In "Blackout!" Phineas and Ferb seize the opportunity to make the most of Danville's electricity outage while Dr. Doofenshmirtz tries to use pity to his advantage.
