Tonight watch the premiere of Archer at 10:00 p.m. ET on FX. It is, hands down, the funniest new animated comedy I've seen in years, especially considering it's not part of Adult Swim. The dialogue is racy and clever. The characters are bitter and vengeful. The storylines are unimportant. What is important is watching the agents of ISIS tear each other apart.
