SpongeBob SquarePants Marries Sandy?

I love SpongeBob SquarePants, but this Truth or Square special smacks of a sitcom stunt, trying to pull in ratings. The press release says,"First there was the intimate tea party in the tree dome. Then, there were all those playful karate chops, and the ripped pants? For years SpongeBob and Sandy were just friends, but we've always wondered... could there be something more? Would these two ever end up together as sponge and wife?" Ugh. I feel the influence of Jon and Kate in this publicity. Hopefully, Truth or Square will be smarter and funnier that I'm expecting.
