Do you ever watch episodes of your favorite TV shows online? A new bill in Congress, the 21st Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act of 2009, seeks to make it mandatory for channels like Nickelodeon and others to provide closed caption online. The goal of the bill is to make the Internet more accessible to the hearing impaired.
