Cartoon Network is reporting that
Star Wars: The Clone Wars scored as the most-watched series premiere in the network's history, according to preliminary data from Nielsen Media Research. The one-hour new series premiere also reigned as the #1
program from in the 9:00 p.m. hour among all major kids networks, earning triple-digit increases compared to the same time period last year. Not really a surprise. Friday night is a great night for geeking out on TV (remember when
X-Files was on Friday night? I loved that), and who doesn't want to see some Jedi kicking butt 3-D style? Learn more about

American Dad.
